Shipping Policy

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

• Delivery time is usually 2–5 working days depending on your location.

• We currently deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

• Delivery charges may vary based on your city and order weight.

• Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.

Refunds & Returns

• Due to the nature of herbal and personal care products, returns are accepted only for damaged, expired, or incorrect items.

• To request a return, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video).

• Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 working days after product inspection.

• Shipping costs for returned items (if applicable) will be borne by the customer unless the product received was defective.

Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are available only for unused and unopened items returned in original packaging within 3 days of delivery.
